I have a ton of stress in my life?

and i need ways to deal with it! how do you deal with stress?

i have always enjoyed going out to the beach and just having a day for your self..do what ever makes you happy and let all the things that life is throwing at you just sit on the side for the day...enjoy your self and if so someones company that makes you feel good....life is stressful....stress is life....but we don't need to be controlled by it..LIVE LIFE ...BE HAPPY...I AM..HAPPY 4TH
Part of my stress I resolve it by eliminating.. some of the things or people that cause it from my life.
Meditation - almost as good as drugs, but better for the long haul.
Sometimes stress is caused by doing the same thing repeatedly but expecting different results. Once it doesn't work, give it two more chances and if it still doesn't work find another way.
you don't! it has no switch on/off... it is mostly controlled by the autonomous nervous system so there's not much we can do... this is why phobias can never be gone but only a bit reduced with the help of a psychiatrist and the pills he could perscribe... bu it is definetely all in our head, we have to realize the problem and do some practice on our own... stress is nothing but a reaction of the body to pressure... just work on it... i know... i have the exact prblem and i'm making progress only by lisening to music before sth stressing happens, or taking deep breaths and saying to myself that i won't let this control me...
punching bag works, getting to the gym, taking a break from life by sleeping, being unresponsive-zoning out- to whatever is stressing you out, take a break and go have fun at night
