..The right way to fill this out is to answer honestly. I'm serious. Nearly all of the tests used in personnel selection have built-in questions and algorithms designed to detect dishonest answer patterns. True! Maybe your friend tried to fool the test and the administrators saw this. Who knows?
In any case, you probably have some great strengths that you aren't even aware of, and they are trying to match the right person to the right job. The worst thing that could happen to you is to trick your way into the wrong job, because after a while you'd hate coming to work.
Good luck on being selected! But if you aren't selected, in a way it will be good news for you, because you they will have concluded you aren't a good fit, and this will give you a chance to find that good fit elsewhere. Kind of like being rejected by a guy who doesn't feel the chemistry is right for him. You wouldn't want to trick that guy into marrying you, would you?
