When I first came to college she was friendly to me and showed me around. After that, anytime i see her in the street passing or on the elevator she never says hi and never makes eye contact and looks the other way.
Why does she act like that?

because they're just friendly when you're new to make you feel welcome at their school. now that they have you in their school there's no reason to be friendly so she pretends not to see you. it's not you, it's her with the big attitude. now, you see and you know who she really is.
How big of a college do you go to? Perhaps she sees so many people, she doesn't remember each and every one. Unless she's of critical importance to your future at the school, I wouldn't worry about it.
