Everytime im off work and im not working i feel depressed.?

Have you considered some counseling, or trying an antidepressant. It certainly sounds as though this may help. At least make an appointment for some counseling and see if it helps.
No there is noting wrong with you lost of people ask me that . Its just like you transmitter not like stopping and having time off . This means that you mind is not wanting to stop work its happy inside . Noting to get worried about . You may get over this , I hope my answer was some good
Everyone needs something. I would guess you are like me and you need accomplishments to make yourself feel better about yourself. I try to set one goal a day and achieve it. My depression has not returned.
You obviously love working, which is good. You could try volunteering your off time & putting the focus on others. A trip to some counseling wouldn't hurt.

I feel the same way, now that I'm 33 years old, it's all routine. But I'm trying something new, and sometimes I feel elated. Just the other day I found out that I like to call get invloved in the community, and it feels like I can breathe easy at nights, even when I still have to cook, do the laundry, send the kics off to school. When you wake up in the morning and you feel the urge to do something, weigh it, if you think it will make you feel good or not.
Is there a ''companion'' in your life? (wife,girlfriend,best buddy of sorts?) sounds like you need somebody in your life to share your free time with.Also I recommend a B vitamin like B-12, B-6 and a multiple vitamin, take these with your meals and you should feel a little better.And if these don't seem to make a differance, then you might want to see a Doctor and get a Anti-depressant.Good Luck!
I bought a new Harley, guud things change when you decide lame is not for you. Stop thinking this God stuff is the only answer, Spiritually is good but are you wasting your talents? Live alittle, pursue something you have always wated to do, change your activities. Work is where you work, Why make it your identity?
