Yes I guess, I play the Cello, and at that time I had an extremely hard piece of music that at that time I couldn't even come close to playing with 144beats per minute, I couln't even play it slow at that time.

Then a little while later(days later), in a dream, I played it PERFECTLY and really fast like I knew how and it was suppose to go. My fingerings were right, my bow strokes were right it sounded right and EVERYTHING, but there was NO WAY I could have done that when I awoke, not even close. THEN, several months after practicing it like crazy, THERE I WAS! There I was IN REAL LIFE, playing it the same way I dreamed it, the exact same way, same fingerings, same bow strokes, same sound.
I never have but my grandmother used to only dream when something bad was going to happen to someone.
