Exercising will increase your energy. Get blood work done to be sure your not B12 deficient.
If your issue is truly psychological, it's a battle you'll have to fight on your own. I'm a procrastinator by nature and work better under pressure. Beware... there will come a time when you put off too many things and don't have enough time to get them all done. Keeping that in mind might help you get some things done in an appropriate time.
Coffee helps. Um, or take a shower and then just get to work for real! I think morning walk makes you active for all day
Why not morning walk; then shower; then Coffee? Sounds active to me!:p
Oh and wait.sleeping disorder causes laziness too...make sure you sleep and wake up on right time.

I've always been like this. It is hard to put the work first and delay gratification.
Studies show that people who can delay gratification do best in life. The ability to delay gratification is thought to be fixed in our psyche. However, I think it can be changed. The test used to show the ability to delay gratification in children is called, "The Marshmallow test." By tracking the results over the years, it was demonstrated that children who didn't eat the one marshmallow right away in favor of receiving two marshmallows later were more likely to delay gratification later in life and have a better life outcome.
I think it is good to develop the ability to pace yourself. Divide your time and do some of the lousy work in each time period. What you do is you chunk your work and develop certain deadlines for each piece of the work. Then you can postpone each chunk to the last minute of each deadline rather than postpone the entire project to the end. The way I do it is by doing something rewarding during the other part of the hour. One way I do house chores is to watch an animal show at the same time or just do a bit of work during each commercial. I'll sign DVDs of syndicated television shows out of the public library and watch those while doing mindless chores.
With school work, I give myself special food rewards and that works out well until I have to deal with the extra weight.
Sounds like you've been in a slump the best thing to do is to find a motivating reason to get out of the house.
When you have a project to do, divide it up into the amount of days you have to do it. Try to do at least a small amount each day. Then when the end of the given time arrives, you will either be done or have much less to do.
If you still need motivation, give yourself a rewards when you get past certain points in the project.
