I think she has an atttitude problem. She needs to seek counseling. If someone doesn't want to be friends with somebody it shouldn't be that big a deal. There are other ppl. she could be friends with if she would change her attitude.
This sounds like bizarre behavior. To think of murdering a stranger is random , uncontrolled anger. Normally, people murder a person they know. I think serial killers are the only people who murder strangers.
Tell this person to get professional help before it's too late.
Think of it this way, she got a wakeup call before she illogically ended someone's life.

Sounds as if that person could use a Doctor. because they sure seem to have a terrible problem. you cannot make fiends with every one. or you cannot make them like you. that is life, it would be best just to forget about it and go on with your life. as they will theirs. besides by the next few days, it will all be forgotten, anyway.

In my opinion, this girl seems to have a low esteem about herself and in order to cover it up, she hallucinates and imagines destroying people who make her feel low.
She is unable to accept rejection in any form. This is due to some past incident(s) which has left a terrible mark on her.
She will have to believe in herself and trust that she is inferior to none. Once she gains that type of confidence, rejection would not matter anymore. Infact you'll find her stating, "if not this girl as a friend, i'll get another".
What do I think...? I think you're a spoiled brat who have nothing to do but spoil the fun of others. Unsa man imong problema, day?(What is your problem, young lady?)

The word "irrational," comes to mind. A friend of mine, after two days of the TV talking to her, was diagnosed as bi-polar. If you have close contact with this person, you might suggest she see a mental health professional. It's probably just a quirk in her personality, but things like this can also be signals that something is seriously wrong.
