What's the correct sequence in thought?

I was given four words and told that they belong in the correct sequence but not told what the sequence was or how they are being defined. When you have a problem or situation how should you decipher it? The words are order, control, coordination, and discipline. This is suppose to help me think things through and enlighten me when people are being deceptive to me. What do you do?

Answer:
What an interesting problem! You were given the 4 words but not the order and, if I'm understanding the context correctly, the correct order provides assistance in problem solving?

I'm just guessing but I would think the order is as follows:

Discipline: You have to have disciplined yourself to be patient and gather information, process the information, etc.

Control: You must have enough control over the situation to keep it from changing in a negative fashion.

Coordination: Utilize available resources to maximize positive effect.

Order: Maintain the appropriate course once you've established it.

Sorry I couldn't be more helpful but I have never heard of this and wasn't able to successfully google it.
