No. All babies cry, and that's part of your lifetime. Even assuming you meant their adult life, I would think that someone who absolutely, positively never cries (including when a loved one dies) has some psychological problems. Crying and showing emotions is a normal part of life.
Yes , but it depends what you mean by crying , if you mean watedr out of your eyes then no but if you mean emotionally then yes

Every human being no matter how tough some of them like to act have feelings and emotions. Some people just try to hide it for whatever reason. So no, I don't believe that is possible. Besides when we are babies crying is one of our only ways of communication.
I read a book a couple of months ago on sociopaths stating that they usually did not receive love during their first years of life. And that they could not feel emotions. That any emotions they displayed were done by acting. Sometimes they would get a thrill by hurting a person. Perhaps you should read a book on this. So any tears they put out are fake, acting.

Assuming correct physiology then no. If tears ducts function then tears will occur. Emotional tears have been proved to have a different content and they do release emotions, positive or negative. We cry with joy or cry with sadness. Some people have an upbringing in which they were forbidden to cry, even as young children. As to the issue of 'real men don't cry', personally I don't think that crying makes a man 'less of a man'. Hormones dictate that women are more likely to shed tears but there is no shame in men crying either.
tears are a healthy way to release emotions if you have faulty eye ducts the tears come down your nose
