Unethical doctor?
My doctor dismissed me from her practice after I decided to seek a second opinion about a life-altering surgery. She wrote me a really nasty letter as well, which added insult to injury since this is already a hard time in dealing with the medical problems themselves. Who can I tell about this? Can I report her somehow? I don't want other people to experience the same thing.

I would look at her accreditation and report her to her professional organizations, like American Medical Association or a specialty fellowship organization- American Academy of Pediatrics.I would include the details of the incident and a copy of her nasty gram.
You could also call your local Better Business Bureau and possible your state's insurance oversight committee.
