Your looks reflect how you feel on the inside. Try changing your look; nothing drastic, but sometimes altering the outside a little can work miracles on the inside. Others will notice.

Self loathing is a specialty of mine. I generally try to keep it to myself. People always feel the need to reassure you when you make self disparaging remarks.
I'm typically very uncomfortable with compliments and it is very hard for me to feel any sense of pride at my own accomplishments, because I'm always focused on the 20 other things I could be doing better. Other than being a bit awkward and shy in certain social situations, I'm actually fairly happy in my self defeat! ha!

I don't like certain things about myself but I don't hate myself, don't be too hard on yourself there are too many people in this hateful world that will do that don't include yourself in the mix.
