Constant worry?
Answer:
I can relate. I am the same way. People don't understand it, so I keep it to myself. Did you loose someone close to you when you were young? That may have something to do with it. I did, and I know it forever changed me. My mom and husband always tell me, "Don't worry yourself over something that hasn't happened".
I can't help it. Maybe you are "preparing" yourself for the worst, because the worst is your biggest fear. That's how I think of it.
If you are dwelling on illnesses and death to that degree, it might be wise to talk with a therapist. Tell the person what it is you are obsessing about, why you think you might be, and what you want to accomplish by talking with them. In truth, as educated consumers of medicine, we need to be in touch with our bodies so that we can determine whether something may really be wrong or if we are just feeling anxious that something could go wrong. These are very different. For those truly obsessed with their thoughts who can't let it go, more intensive work may be indicated. Many medical issues may have a concomitant psychological component due to the nature of the problem per se (e.g. moodiness from being on a medication, rage outburst as a result of a head injury). Likewise, some underlying anxiety, issue, fear, phobia, concern about death, a major loss, or even depression, might all be playing a role and a person may feel quite unwell physically when the problems are psychological in nature.
Sounds like a Scorpio.
Are you a Scorpio, or maybe you have Scorpio somewhere strong in your natal chart?
However, there are Virgo's who have the same type of fear.
