Someone one like a boyfriend might be insecure because he is scared his girlfriend will leave him,maybe he has been cheated on before and he lost someone he really loved,or maybe he is cheating and afraid she will find out and leave him.He does not feel like the relationship is secure.The solution would be for the guy to have trust in the relationship and be honest in himself.
Insecure means when a person dosn't have confidence, in other words shy. The cause may depend on how they look or just the way they are. Im sure there are lots of insecure people around you. Try to be nice to them they can be sensitive.
I am an insecure person. But i like to call it self-conciousness. I really don't know why i am because everyone that talks about me thinks i am very beautiful. It is hard for me to talk to people because i feel like there is always something on my face like a fallen eyelash or a bug or something. I can't go anywhere without gum because i don't want to have bad breath. It is hard for me to wear a bathing suit now even though i have abbs because i gained some weight from turning into a woman. I just feel like everybody looks at me all the time. Maybe it was because i didn't grow up with a mother? And i didn't have a good sense of style when i was younger and got teased by little boys! lol! I am not arrogant or at least i try not to be so when someone says i am beautiful i disagree with them every time. I have tried telling myself that i am beautiful but i just don't see what other people see. I don't know. i hope this answers your question...
