If it's in the fridge... well... we have a bad habit of leaving things in there for too long.. so I wouldn't trust it.
If I saw someone's pizza there, I would not take it. I don't feel it is right to take something that someone else bought unless I was cordially invited to do so. I think it rude. Someone stole my milk from the fridge one time and I was so sad.
I guess I am sort of a hypocrite because one time I saw leftover sauces from Chick-fil-a on the table and I took one because it looked so tasty and unusual (Polynesian sauce) I am pretty sure it was abandoned. No one was around, so I put it in my locker.
Some people think if there is no name, it's fair game.

It's probably the result of the way a person was brought up. I would not eat it because I was taught it was wrong to take something that does not belong to me.
Screw morals! I wouldn't take it solely on a not wanting to get sick from eating food that I don't know where it's been basis
