I need some inspiration?

I lvoe singing and writing songs. I haven't wrote any in awhile, so I threw my old ones away. I can't fiqure out something to write about. I'd appreciate it if some people gave me some inspiration. I'm sure it will come to me soon. But I'd appreciate if someone helped me think of it faster, thanks! You can put whatever you want one here. Words. Ideas, etc. I basically need a subject. Thanks for the help!

life. the ups and downs of life. how it can be really good. and how it can make you want to die.

Remember a very unpleasant moment of your life, a moment you'd like to go back and change it, or even a moment where you'd like to live again...write down all your feelings and compare them to the way you used to feel..say how that affected your life and made it as it is today..i have written over a dozen of songs about such moments in my life..but remember! dont put so much pressure on yourself!inspiration will come at the right moment...under the right circumstance...take care..!

think of a song as a haiku. one moment in time that moves you and build the whole song around that moment. it could be nature or human nature related. i.e., how the sun through the window pane on makes you feel. memories, sensations, all your senses. a word or look from a stranger, what flavor would it taste like? salty, sweet, bitter, creamy..get my drift? one concept and explore everytinhg you can about it. spread your mental wings and fly....

dont throw ur old ones awayyyyyy. life is an inspiration even if its a bad one.
