Hot shower and a nap.
Yoga exercises; deep breathing - allowing out breaths to be about twice as long as the in breaths; going for a walk; go to somewhere peaceful with nature around - hills, countryside, water etc.
masterbate? hey! don't flag my answer! it's the truth.
When i'm mad with anger, i need to consume it..i listen to some wild songs of slipknot, while i put my face into a pillow and scream...But when i just need to relax, i listen to my favourite songs,maybe read a book and if all thouse don't work, have a warm shower and lie in my bed...
