How do I stop being so Self-Centered without losing my uniqueness?

Answer:
Just simply be yourself sweetie pie ..
Your just going to have to do it and you will always be unique.
You are totally joking right. There is and never has been anything unique about a self-centered person. Oh my gosh, you are so funny.
being self centered is just fine. The most important lesson u will learn in life, u cant count on anyone except yourself. Its sad, but true. So be good to you and dont worry about it.
Sit back and give some serious thought to how many people there are in the world at this very moment. Think of the people being born and the ones who are dying. Think of the mind-boggling number of people who are dead and buried. Realize that Earth is quite small in relation to the sun, and that the sun is tiny in relation to many other stars. Imagine how many other universes and galaxies exist besides our own. If you let the idea of uniqueness escape you, then you can become a lot less self-centered. If you'd rather hold on to the idea of being unique (ego), then you'll always be somewhat self-centered.
If self centeredness is your chief expression, you're going nowhere.
Being Self-centered is not unique at all, so I don't know what your worried about.
i think that a certain amount of self-centeredness is normal and healthy. You just need to balance the areas, and determine where your self centeredness is not who you want to be, not how you want to act.
