The Law and Order theme song makes me sick.?

I'm not a fan of the show at all, but I have nothing against it...just whenever I hear the theme song, it depresses me and I feel kind of sick. It's hard to describe . No tramatic event ever happened during it ...any ideas?
Is this common or just me?

Answer:
Well - usually right before they play the theme song, someone is found murdered on the show. That is depressing and would make any normal person sick. You might have subconsiously connected the two.
If it hurts, why do you watch it? Can you turn the sound down while the music is playing?

I think it might have something to do with a minor key.
I used to feel the same way about the song for the X-files. I don't think it means anything big; all music conveys emotions and you don't like those associated with that particular song. I doubt seriously that it's uncommon, so don't fret.
There was a song that was popular when I was pregnant with my first child and having morning sickness. For years afterward, if I heard that song, I felt nauseated. Music makes some powerful associations for people.
