In Eastern medicine/philosophy, there is a concept of energy centers in the body (chakras) there is an important one at the base of the spine, at the tip of your tailbone. Not to be crude, but if you're standing up it would be right at the top of your 'buttcrack'. Here's the experiment- just think about that spot, at the base of your spine, envision it. You *should* feel a faint ticklish sensation emanating from it, just by focusing your mind on it. Do you feel it? Isn't that weird? I don't know of any other spot in the body that reacts like that. Did it work for you?

Yes. All of the chakra points seem easy to access.
Especially on the crown of your head, if you kind of cup your hand and put it above your head, close to your skull, slowly move your hand around, you can feel heat emanating from it.
Try it, it is cool. Sometimes when my body hurts and I do that, it feels better. Like I am releasing pent up energy.
