How can a person’s perception of other’s impact an organization’s behavior?

Answer:
I was fired from Wal-Mart impart because customers thought I was crazy because I have a habit of thinking out loud and singing softly to myself, so it appears to some that I might hear voices or whatever. I also had two customer complaints for being rude, even though I really wasn't being rude. I wasn't overly friendly, but I was polite. Finally, a customer and some crewmembers thought that I refused service to a customer, even though I was going to serve them as soon as I changed my gloves. This was considered insubordination and they fired me. It stunk.
It depends on if the person is in power.
After all just look at history, WW II and Adulf Hitler .
Get my point?
its seems to me youd have to be in place of power in order to impact an entire organization..creating ying and yang positive or negative outlooks..
okay. so if someone sees a guy they perceive as hot in the organization, this will affect the person's behavior because they will be trying to show off or impress the hot guy. they might be clumsy, and their behavior affects the entire organization. other members of the organization might be bothered by the clumsy person who is showing off for the guy, which will cause them to behave differently, thus affecting the entire organization.

i could give more examples, but im tired of typing.
