Self-help for acrophobia?

I've been acrophobic nearly my entire life, and have managed to work around it most of the time, but recently I've had to go into tall buildings and my distress caused me some social problems, and I was unable to function adequately. other than the clinical/pharmaceutical route, which I've already tried to no avail, ('counseling' and Zoloft, ineffective) are there any books self help methods or programs to overcome this phobia?

Answer:
