There are so many factors, on "Ignoring a bully". It depends on the bullied, bully, and environment. Though, since it doesn't promote violence, it is a way, not the best, but a way to help. But I'm a black belt, so I wasn't bullied ever; but I did stop it when I saw it.

No I was bullied as a child because of my disability. Ignoring the bullies always seem to make them want to get your attention by acting even worse.I finally stopped it by hitting one of the on the private area with my crutch. That's when they realize that I has a weapon that they hadn't thought of before. But mostly the thing that happen to me was that someone would either hit me and or try and take one of the crutches and run so that I would fall. It was my father who sort of told me that I had a longer hand than they did when he gave me permission to use it on my brother when he kept hitting me and running. He told me that my crutch was a lot longer than my arm. He made me promise not to hit my brother any where where it might cause permanent damage.
