Well, i lost my red Razr, i believe at my park. Long story short, it is lost. When i got my plan and phone, i had bought insurance. When i call to report my phone lost, will they send me another one? Will i be charged anything extra for it? Its been about 6 months since i got my phone, anyone with experience tell me what happened.

I would go to the store where I bought the phone and plead my case in person.
If you are assertive and you have the insurance, you will be able to prevail.
Don't take no for an answer until or unless they produce paperwork that obviates your claim.
