How can I be who I am!?Something is holding my back!?

I am a curious, adventurous, and a fun person. Maybe because I grew up in Japan, I sometimes feel like I am conservative. How do I let it go and just enjoy my life?

Answer:
hey there's nothing wrong with being conservative! Iam myself sometimes, in fact in general I'm a Conservative person. But that doesn't stop me from living my life and having fun every now and then. You just gotta find a balance, I'm sure you'll be fine though because you seem like a nice person. Take care and I hope you find the answer that you are looking for:)
remember to balance.
Try staying at a Holiday Day Inn Express...seems to work for the folks on TV. :)
If you knew the answer to this you would be a millionaire...we all dream of being carefree and not letting social constructs make us inhibited or shy. I say this because I'm exactly the same as you!

I beleive you can help yourself though, if you start reading on philosophy and ancient buddism you can discover the beauty you can extract from life and that we are here for a good time not a long time. If you think about how little time we have on earth and then about all the years we waste being shy and conservative you may start being a little more expressive and giving your 'wild' side a bit more of the limelight. It will not happen overnight but if you work on it you will feel your real self coming out a little more.
Perhaps you feel the need to satisfy the curiosity of this world along with fulfilling your need embark on an adventure. I take that letting go means discharging yourself of all responsibilities to embark on your adventure?

Personally, i would assess my situation and see if i have secured my basics like having a tidy savings for rainy days and a life to get back to after my adventures. I find no point uprooting myself and find myself lost in the turbulence of the world.

However, some people prefer this type of lifestyle and the challenge to navigate through life difficulties without backups, kinda like abseiling without companion up some mountains with ridiculous heights.

Up to your own method to work around this urge ultimately
Darlin, don't you think you're being just a tad hard on yourself? You feel that you are conservative, yet you describe yourself as adventurous, and curious. I think there can be,
and probably is in your case, a perfect blend of all of the above. Perhaps, you're comparing yourself to someone you admire. In that case, STOP! Embrace that you are unique. You are one of a kind and I'm sure you are special to some other folks as well.
