Answer:
Keep a pad and pen next to your bed and as soon as you can write it down.
Theres a common thing that ppl dream about what they think about in the day. SO i read somewhere that if u post notes all along the wall of ur apartment or work area, or wherever u are all day, and they say, "Am I dreaming or awake?" Then if u see this enough whnen ur actually sleeping ull ask urslef am i dreaming or awake, and ull realize, hey maybe i am dreaming, and then ull be more in focus bc now ull be in control, this will casue u to rememebr ur dreams more, and itll be fun. Ive actually never tried this but i plan on doing it someday, i know someone whos doing it and they said they reached level one where in their dream they actually asked themselves if they were asleep or awake. But i think u might have to after u read the signs when ur awake stop everyonce in a while and say yes obviously im awake bc of a b c.
Hello irebun_kun,
You need to allow yourself a little bit of personal time and space, and a little freedom during the day.
Sometimes the reason why you can't remember your dreams is that your daily schedule is so packed with activities or that you are feeling a lot of pressure on yourself. When this happens, your mind tends to be a little "closed up". Your mind needs to have a little freedom first.
So, give yourself a bit of spare time, try and relax a little and don't be so hard on yourself. Don't let other people pressure you too much. Have you ever meditated? Try and "connect" with yourself. Find a comfortable spot to sit for ten minutes and just do nothing. Try and be positive about yourself, and don't focus on the negative. If the negative is overwhelming you, then you need to address that first. Otherwise, remember, you can't solve all the problems of the world, and you can't be all things to all people.
Also, think about being a little bit more organised in your daily life, keep track of things and take control over things. Don't let other people tell you what to do.
I'm not trying to guess if these things are relevant to you, but I'm just hoping that you might find some are useful. Best wishes to you.
i either remember my dreams, or dont, or i might remember my past but I actually remember more dreams than past i think, you can train yourself like when you wake up just lay there relax keep a book and pen by your bed just incase so it is close at hand sometimes dreams can be confusing different parts, you may even remember bits during the day, having the tele on in the night might make a difference to your dream, if you dont remember maybe there is a reason, like you dont wanna see it. I used to blaze loads bud. I never used to dream I only remembered one continuous nightmare I had once when I was little younger, but when I quit the drugs and that I completley started dreaming I loved it like I had never really dreamed before, so now I write them down and stuff I find it alot easier to analyse others dreams tho than my own I put most my own about stuff Ive seen stuff I havent said or done but things that happen during day, its harder to look at my own dream than others tho, hope this is useful
I heard once before that in order to remember your dreams you have to get out of bed slowly and not make any quick movements. Then keep a journal handy and start writing down everything that you can remember.
Lack of vivid dreams is a good thing. Usually a well balanced person who sleeps well with minimal problems in life or just not intensely focused on something rest quite well. Dreams in my opinion is a restless mind.
