That is an excellent question. Psychiatric professionals are divided on whether a multiple personality disorder truly exists. Therefore, you would have to follow your belief that this person truly and sincerely does have multiple personalities and decide for yourself how many gifts to give. I personally do not buy this disorder as true. I have in my professional life seen patients who stated they are multiples, but I have never seen one which I felt was believable. This does not make me right, it's only how I feel about it.
I have 17 personalities, and number 12, she really wants a new car. Number 4 needs some new shoes, and Number 10 would like a gift certificate to Target. The rest want cash.

Give a gift that doesn't match either of the personalities. That way, you can save money by making it inexpensive, time for not looking that hard, and trouble 'cause each personality would think it was a gift for the other. =D

You give a gift to the personality thats there while you are with them. Tell the rest of the personalitys "sorry I couldnt make it to your party"
Save your money don't buy a gift at all and when personality # whatever asks where their gift is you can say you gave it to personality # whoever. If they call you on it then you'll know their personality disorder is crap.

wow. it's a "treat" for the person with multiple personality. he will receive a lot of presents for each personality. do you think you have enough funds if he has like 20 personalities? now, i wish i have multiple personalities. give one gift to each.
Give a gift to the domineering persona. If the rest don't like it, then that one will shut them up!
