Some questions about Hypnotism (bring sources please)?
ok, here's the deal (its a realllly long story, so ill just post the "short version"), i don't believe in dating/love/ect. AT ALL, but i met a girl on myspace who i think i might actually have a crush on, and i don't want to, so im considering hypnotism to completly forget about her and erase her from my memories, but i have some questions about hypnotism:
1. will my memories of her be permanantly erased, or will they just go like into my subcontious or something??
2. if they go into my subcontious, will i be able to have some kinda "phraze" set to get my memories back if someone see's that my life got worse without her??
3. if i met anyone from her, or even only talked to someone about her, will i remember that person or those conversations??
4. how much does hypnotism cost??
anyway, pleeze help, i really wanna know all this before i try the hypnotism (and pleeze include sorces so that i know your not making stuff up) THANX :D

Hypnotism is usually used in this context to smooth out the differences between the conscious and unconscious mind. Whilst it is possible to erase memories, this is not usually done; instead the intense feelings that are associated with a memory are toned down, so rather than thinking 'hot', you'll think 'yeah?' You'll remember everything you choose to remember, it just won't mean that much any more.
The main issue that I detect here is not the crush per se, but the lack of belief in dating/love/etc. You might not believe in it, but it's happening to you - so you can either disbelieve the feelings or embrace them. By choosing to disbelieve, you are taking an action that not all of you agrees with - if you did, agree totally, you wouldn't be posting.
It is lack of belief that hypnotism is usually used to cure, rather than the crush. If you override your unconscious mind and have nothing to do with love & dating, then there will be consequences elsewhere in your behaviour.
I suggest you find a hypnotist who is also prepared to act as a councellor, and find out what your issues are before proceeding. Try and get a hypnotist who also practises NLP.
Why don't you just stop going to myspace altogether, wouldn't that be easier than reprogramming your brain? She's probably a child molesting, serial killer, 40 year old man anyway.
You have been traumatized by this experience that's is why it's lodged in you mind. Hynopsis will cause you to be fixated to a substituted people places or things . So you are really never free at all.
What you need is not hynopsis but a deprogrammer who can help you to be free from any hynopsis at all.
Trouble is can you find one who is truly good and working for your well being without taking advantage of your predicament and exploit you too ?
