Without any hesitation, the Educated person. Experience can be get on holding the situation. But experience cannot give education. If age barred, no one can get educated whereas experience may be get at any time. This question is like the question always been asked... which is bigger, either( wise) mind or buffalo.
id say both in a way, one ahs experience and one is educated. so together you would have to choose both in a way to achieve 100% satisfactory.

Experience counts! For example people kneel at the feet of JESSICA LYNCH and tell her that she is pretty. How can this be gainded from a textbook? A textbook is merely a simulation of reality. Jessica Lynch should be made leader of the world. She has very pretty feet!
