Answer:
to let all the miserable people who see us know how happy we are.lol
what did you see when your parents were talking to you in that sing song baby talk? they were smiling! Its just a learned response, like frowning when in deep thought or pursing of the lips when angry.
to show our beautiful teeth
Because we don't have a tail to wag.
Why can't we smile and be happy? - Now that would be cool.
The same reason we cry when we're sad and the same reason a dog wags its tail when its happy. Its an automatic response, developed through millions of years of evolution
hmmm..Part of our natural make-up...formed from habit...from generation to generation.
God made it that way.
Smileing is a sign of happiness and when ur happy and u smile. : )
A smile is a learned response. When we did something fun with your parents they would smile at you.
I can't get to complex, but here is the simplest answer: We smile because when our brain percieves something has funny or happy, our brains sends something down to the nerves in our face to make us have a reaction to the joke or happiness that is presented.
well sometimes i can also throw in a fart for good measure *LOL*
Well our brains control the muscles in our bodies, so thats the way the brain chooses for us to express our happiness. x x
because it is a muscle and you can't hold it back
perhaps we smile first & then feel happy
It is actually easier to smile, than to frown. Perhaps the happiness we feel relaxes our muscles, thus "allowing" the smile. Tension usually creates muscle strain. Frowning requires tension to be formed. You feel this tension when you are sad.
because we sometimes dont have time to 'clap our hands'
