What was Sigmund Freud's theory on Irish people and the ability to pychologically evaluate them?

I have heard a couple things about this topic and I was wondering if this was actually a real theory of his. If so, what is it?

Answer:
That's actually a quote from the movie "The Departed". There's no evidence that Freud said it. The only documentation seems to be Anthony Burgess, in his introduction to a book of Irish short stories:

"One of Freud's followers split up human psychology into two categories - Irish and non-Irish."

Many people believe that Freud was frustrated with the Irish because of their stubbornness. They didn't take well to psychoanalysis.

Here's an interesting article that might give some insight.
