Is there any positive emotions that can be consider bad?

Consider this; love is believed to be the most beautiful and innocent of emotions, yet how many have lied, cheated, and even killed in love's name? People go to prison because they LOVE money too much and therefore defraud others to gain it. People become jealous enough to commit murder in the name of LOVE. I would think that love would definitely have positive and negative aspects.
being proud alot of people consider that to be a sin
all emotions have their negatives but it doesnt always do with the emotions themselves but the things that bring about the emotion its called ying/yang it deals with that for every positive their is a negative like with being happy because your sports team won the championship there is the other team really sad because they lost so it not so much the emotion as it is the bringer of the emotion

There's virtue and there are vices of excess and deficiency. Aim for virtue.
