Improve my step forward thinking?

If I can just make it to the next corner, or the next room...I have accomplished a goal. One foot in front of the other..
Walk to the front of the yard, pick up the neighbors paper, and take it to them.
If you see someone putting packages in a car, offer to help them...each act of kindness will give you a good feeling and encourage you to do more. Continually move forward.
And you can do it.Just look around you and see where you can be of assistance...In helping others, we help ourselves.thank you and good luck to you, I know you can do it!
well always do something to improve your life as in help someone across the street or let someone go infront of you in line
1. Keep a positive outlook/attitude
2. Believe in yourself, when no one else does
3. have a plan , for the things you want to accomplish, write them down, then, work on them one at a time
4. get plenty of sleep, changes in ones life can be stressfut and overwhelming at first.
5. You must be strong (act as if your life depended on it)
6. Don't quit
