Someone who is full of himself, and is deluded into believing that others love him as much as he does himself.
A welcome addition to my garden parties.
confident/believes in himself, easygoing, polite
One who uses his superior interpersonal skills to push an agenda which may or may not be logical or appropriate.
I, personally, try to respond only to reason, not emotion.
captivating would be someone that can just grab my attention either through outer apperance or just being different. charming to me is wit and intellect, or just being a goofball at the right time. charismatic.. that is something that cannot be described in words. charisma is just a fancy word for "it". someone who can influence you, leave a lasting impression on you or otherwise just stand out in your mind can be considered charismatic. and i believe everyone has all of those traits you questioned. we just can't show it to everyone all the time. so yes, that would make you captivating, charming and charismatic as well, at least to some people.
Someone who is actively involved in social politics. Well... someone who is both physically and mentally strong. There are very few mind you...
