Why are people born beautiful or ugly?

is it god's choice?

Answer:
No one is ugly and its true what they say, our ways is what makes us ugly. Each individual has a unique facial and body structure. Just because a person says someones ugly does not make it true, heard the saying where ones mans trash is another mans treasure. Everybody is not going to agree on looks or anything eles the same. Picture something or someone that is the most beautiful thing/person in the world and trust me no one is gonna view that same person or thing the same way.People just have diffrent taste.
idk...genetics?
there is no god

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
if you speak of God then everything he created is supposed to be beautiful, but literally speaking it depends on how symmetrical the face is

Isn't that newborn baby the most precious, most beautiful little being? Yet, we spend most of our lives trying NOT to look like that, those wrinkles, that gigantic flaired nose, those floppy ears, those chubby cheeks and double chin, that look of pain and discoloration, that thin hair, the weakness, the tears, the scream. What we come to think that "ugly" is, is all a bunch of made-up nonsense. Beauty has nothing whatsoever to do with the physical. Beauty comes from the heart of the beholder.
In the eyes of God, all people are beautiful. It is judgemental people who think otherwise.
