It means someone likes to be crapped on. It is a philia, which is a deviant sexual desire - ie pedophilia, necrophilia. Basically, the only "normal" people who know about all of this crap are people who work in sex crimes, homicide, criminal profiliers (serial killers are usually into something weird like this), or forensic psychologists.
I hope I don't know anyone lol!!! I read in a book, Practical Homicide Investigation, that the guys in the gay bars have a color system using scarves tied to their clothing and, of course, the brown one is for scats.
