a while back in high school or juniors, not wuite sure, i was being really badly bullied,
problems at home and messed right up, i was 10, i done somthing so wrong, SO
WRONG!, i feel like such an idiot, if only i could turn back the
clocks, im so frightened in case it all comes out, im such a normal person,
there is noting unusual about me, back then i REALLY wasnt all there in
my head, people keep telling me to appoligise but i cant, if they knew
what it was they would understand. i cant say what it is. very confidential help me, i need advice.

Answer:
You've got to come to grips with what happened yourself. Then you have to figure out whether or not you can live with it, or if you have to confront what happend. If you don't you'll just make your life hell and it's not worth it. Just confront the problem head on. If your friends don't stick around then they weren't friends to begin with.
Hey Hurting, Just forgive yourself, you were only little!! We all do things wer'e not proud of! I don't blame you for acting out, especially under those circumstances! Ask God for forgiveness, forgive yourself, make ammends with the person (if possible) and move past this. I'm sure you learned a valuable lesson from all of this! It's going to be alright..Kandice
well, it's hard to get advice from others without them knowing what it is, but you have to do what the first guy said and come to grips. you need to take hold of what you did and face it. you'll also learn who your real friends are.
Look to tomorrow. The past is just experiences to make you a better person for tomorrow. Everyone has things in past that we are not proud of. As you make a decision and you remember something in the past, use this as a tool for making a better decision. Most people don't care about who you were. They care about who you are. The fact that you are asking this question tells me you can be, probably are an upstanding person.

We have all done things that we wish we hadn't. The main thing is that you're sorry. I am sure in the future you will think things through before you do something you might be sorry for. If we were perfect we wouldn't be here. So you learn. Make ammends if you can. If not then try to do something to help others. And when you hear of someone else making a mistake remember that you've done it too and try to show compassion. Share what you learned and try to do better.

Its okay.breathe.Now, every body's done something bad; ain't nobody a saint here...Step two: I think you should really tell somebody..friend you really trust, counsellor, somebody..I promise you can tell me...I've been told just about everything and I can deal with it..my mom's a therapist so I usually get stuck counselling my friends.If you'd like, you could tell me...I'm very understanding and I wouldn't tell a soul...but if not, you should really tell someone else...this is going to eat at you till you finally explode or somethin' and we don't want that...just relax and breathe...think about what you did..you realize it was bad so thats a pretty nice way to start down the road of recovery...there are at least a million and one things worse than what you did...just be thankful you didn't do them...this is too much stress for you to carry alone...you seriously need to tell someone..
You are the only judge of your behaviour. So lay down with your eyes closed, in a quiet place and go through it step by step. And then, FORGIVE yourself!
If this does not help, forgive yourself again!
whatever it was your family love you they will understand.
It is better for you to tell than to get found out
