Many times there are people in our lives that are draining our positive energy. Often, we don't even realize it! I found that ending some relationships and starting new, and more positive ones really helps. I am not speaking of romantic relationships of course. I mean friends and allies that really want to see you succeed. End meaningless relationships with "friends" that try to compete with you. Take some time to find out what you are good at, set new goals, and work to achieve them. Change jobs, start a new career, go back to school, or pick up a hobby. Learning new things will keep you busy and you will more than likely meet new people. Change is good!
I am not one on religion but reading on delusions might help.
I know when I get depressed I read philosophy. It help me to understand the inner workings of the mind. So far reading, writing and listening to music is especially helpful. Especially if it is classical music.

you have to recognize what you are gifted in. Also having people accept you will make you have high self esteem. So be outgoing!! Say Hi to people a lot...they will say hi back and eventually it will turn into conversations and you can make a lot of friends that way. It sounds stupid but it actually works. its better that tryin to make yourself look good to be accepted.
Uhm and everyone is talented in some way so that should make you happy. And dont worry about what other people think of you. Try hard and achieve goals. DOnt give up on yourself.
What you can do is write down all the negatives about you and write down all the positives but the trick is always write 3 more positives then negatives. It always works.
well this has always worked for me...set goals that require hard work to reach...and no matter what...no matter the burden achieve your goal...
what i have found is the harder you work to achieve your own dream, the happier you end up becoming.
It's all psychological. The mind is such a powerful thing. You may start by thinking that you're worth it, you're attractive, and that you can't please everybody so might as well please urself and do what you LOVE to do and not care what others think of you. This would def make you happy and have a higher self esteem. Start working out, exercising makes you feel soo much better about yourself. and when you're happy, those people around you will be happy. No one can do this for you but yourself. Remember, it's all psychological.
