Anyone else attracted to every guy they meet?
Anyone else feel this way? and why do you think this is so?

I guess this happens whenever you're in a way desperate to find a right and close person to be with. In such a way you view everyone as a potential object and thus find something that you like in him :)
I do not feel that for everyone, but I feel attracted to many individuals who comply with at least a couple of my requirements for another half or a concept of a nice personality ;)))
Uh... O_O seeing as I am a male... not really. Although some but few males may agree.
Definitely have gone through phases of that. I think it's because as women we have a void that only a man can fill. We are always subconsciously seeking male companionship, and if we have had distant or abusive relationships with our fathers, it's even worse. The need for acceptance, attention, and affirmation is constantly churning beneath the surface of our daily lives, and it manifests itself as being drawn to all men we meet. It is quite a frustrating and sad thing, to be sure, but there is hope in Christ's healing and redemptive power. God Bless!
It happens with men as well, sometimes it's a highly romantic personality.
Jeff Buckley said in song that he wanted a "kiss goodnight from every stranger that I meet." It's that same feeling.
