What are good ways to get rid of stress?

im just going through a rough time any answers would be great

here is how i beat stress...they are in the order i usually work through until the stress is gone...

1) Long bubble bath with soothing music and candles

2) Reading a good book

3) Working out at the gym

4) Getting a massage

5) Meditation

6)Listening to favorite tunes

7)Screaming into a pillow

8)Watching the sunset/sunrise/stars

9) Ice cream

10)Long walk
well you could try yoga.. it eases your mind and body and it makes you feel better in all sorts of ways.

Kick boxing.. Keeps you inshape and relieves stress.

Find a new hobbie.. try painting, writting songs, dancing.. there are many things.

go to www.discoverahobby.com and find a good hobbie online.
Best way I know is to take a couple of deep breathes - inhale, and then exhale slowly

Then listen to some favourite music

Then think of those less fortunate than yourself
I deal with stress by not focusing on it. When I am underpressure or have problems, I take it easy ,and think how I can solve the problems, if I can't so be it .
You can go for a jog.
You can apply for leave(If you are working),and have a good day resting at home.
There are many other ways to get rid of stress.
Remember,Just RELAX!!!

The best for me when stress, i get all my coins i save up from the stores go look at all the dates.Save the ones worth money put back ,I love look at old old coins be very surprizes the coins you can save turn in later make money on..Be nice you yet penny and quarter and nickle books put each coin in it,down the road 10 years sale coin book go on vacation.
We are usually our own worse enemy when the going gets tough. Can you become your own 'best friend'? Language, especially our own conversation with ourself creates stress, but visualizing yourself being calm and seeing the stress just 'go away' tells your body what you want it to do. Let the stress go. Picture yourself as letting all of the stress go. Be like the sun and let your light radiate away to those that need it. After rough waters will come a calm sea. Don't harass yourself with your own thoughts. Be good to yourself. You are a great and loving person.

When I am stressed out I usually watch water. I know this might sound kind of weird but if you fill up a tub and wave your hand through water and watch the waves it makes me feel at peace
do fun stuff like play game, get on the computer anything to take your mind off whats stressing you out
Listen to music, Talk to a friend, Listen to music, play your instrument as loud and as hard as is physically possible... all those are fun :)... oh also lock up your computer and then hit your keyboard really hard... that helps me sometimes... :)
