Why is suicide not the answer?

I mean, why? Because even though the problems in life are still there, they're technically still gone (depending on what you believe in).

Answer:
Life is full of ups and downs when I thought of suicide I would also remember that if this is the down and it can't get any worse than this, then that means there is an up coming to me next. I also knew that there is a lot out there and I hadn't done much of it yet and what if I tried something new and found out it was the best thing in the world, I would have missed out on that.

The human mind is a very complex and powerful part of a human, often it is too smart and we forget that it is our mind and we are in control of it. People sometimes forget that we can also change our minds and can feel the way that we want to. Happiness is a state of mind and it mostly just takes us deciding to be happy. Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem and the rest of your live will be whatever you decide it will be, so choose yours to be better than what it is and just do what you want. I recommend trying everything there is first just to make sure you wont be missing out on anything first.
SUICIDE IS SOOOOO NOT THE ANSWER!!
You aren't just killing yourself, but believe it or not you'll be killing a part of the people around you, all the people who love you would be devastated!
So in a way you're being incredibly selfish!
When life doesn't work either way; suicide seems the only answer.
if you thinking about suicide PLEASE seek professional help and always remember there are people that love you
Suicide is not an answer to our problems. 6 years ago I lost all my money in share business, nobody helped me and i never asked anybody. I lost my job also. I suffered and thought of committing suicide and thought bad of God in not helping me. Slowly I became cool and got another job and now I am stabilized. So suicide is not an answer to our problems, probably it could aggravate the problems more.
I won't beat around the bush. Suicide is somtimes the only answer for some. There is always the possibility life will become to hard for some, and they will give up. Whether it hurts those around you or not, it cuts off all ties to them, so that is unimportant, to some degree, atleast to the one committing the act. However. Life IS a precious thing. Throwing it away is senseless. Too much to look forward to and experience. No matter how bad your life is, time will always make it better. You'l learn as you go, become wiser as to what is going on around you, and become an overall better individual. Killing yourself IS an option. And it WILL be an immediate solution to your problems. That is no lie. However, you need to decide for yourself if all the things you have not yet reached in life is worth throwing away for a quick fix.
your problem,s are in your mind....that go,s with you.best to resolve your problem,s.now...while your still here & can.....once you leave here ...there,s little or nothing you can do about them....except wish you had!
If you want to kill your self you already have freed you self from you troubles. For that is the biggest trouble there is.So therefore dont do it and live.
I know when you're depressed it seems like the answer. But really it isn't. I know it seems like no one cares about you and no one would care if you were dead but it isn't true. There are so many people out there who care about you.

Your problems will always be there. There is nothing you can do about that.

I've known a few people who have killed themselves and I know that people that they didn't even think existed are upset about it.

When you're depressed your thoughts are only negative. It's hard to think around those thoughts when you're depressed.

Just think if it was your mother/brother/girlfriend/boyf... friend who wanted to kill themselves. How sad would you be?

When you are in a more positive mood devise a plan of what you will do when you are feeling depressed. Eg. writing, crying etc.

Remember something really good might happen tomorrow and if you were to kill yourself tonight, you'd miss it. That would suck!!

Suicide may seem like a good idea but you have no idea how it effects others!!
Hi..hmmmmmmmm...well technically speaking suicide does not provide any answers, since corps do not receive any answers, technically dead people do not see, hear, understand or any sort of reaction to any stimulus. For those left behind related to the accomplished suicide performer it does not provide any answers it only provides a corps in the best case and a mess that someone else has to clean and a huge amount of questions, in the rest of the cases. Besides being dead is a fact not an answer.

I think than Suicide is, in any case, more a Question than an Answer. Accomplish it or not, any successful suicide or failed attempt only raises and generates questions: social questions; moral questions; forensic questions and personal questions...Should I? What will happen? Will I be conscious inside of the casquet till I rot? Will dying hurt? etc. until that last moment UUUPS! Lights out. Lost connection. System fail. And then, then you stop questioning, answering and being all together...

Therefore, suicide only results in the generation of further questions without answers and hence it creates a question <> question vicious circle. Consequently, I believe that suicide is not and answer but, in as much as logic goes, it should be considered an auto-rhetorical question and asking yourself questions that you are not supposed to answer, seems to me like a pretty dumb activity and quite a waste of time, to say the least.

Best regards
Santiago
if you want eternal peace and rest, suicide gives you that. yet there would be a lot to miss from life...
One of the things I've learned in life is that problems and difficulties are just plain part of it.
But when your facing those really hard ones you must realize that this problem is temporary.
Suicide is permanent.
A permanent answer to a temporary problem is not worth while.
