Why is it than when I get really mad or frustrated...?

i can't stop moving? I fidget and shake my hands and flail my arms and jump up and down and bite my arms and i can't stop and i don't know why. i feel like I'm having a panick attack or something.

Answer:
When you get angry, your blood pressure increases, and your brain releases hormones. These hormones are to help you fight off whatever is stressing you. That is why some people get red in the face and others start moving. Also, when a person is angry, they tend to breathe more shallowly.

Here is a good article on dealing with anger.

omggg same thing happens to me
it dosnt stop until i hit something
so maybe that is the key finding an outlit
for me it helps to braid my hair and tap twice on a wall (not hard just like knocking on a door) i know that sounds weird but its what helps me
i think it is just all the pent up energy coursing through you
Because you have not found a healthy and effective manner of releasing tension.
you just need to grow up a bit.
You are still three years old inside.
emotions give you extra energy. it is good to move to solve what is making you mad or frustrated.
it's your body;s reaction to the adrenaline & other hormones released as a result of the "fight or flight" response... you can release the energy in other ways, walk, run, use a stress ball or something... or you can try to learn ways to reduce your stress level BEFORE you become so upset.
