Does a person with NPD [Narcissistic Personality Disorder] ever realize they have a problem?

If they do how does it effect there behavior?
What might they say when there diagnosed?

Answer:
I visualize the map of early karachi when i was a kid.
I have no problems all of you weirdos have the problems I am perfect!
They might...if told. But usually they won't change and will challenge the doctor's diagnosis. Trust me.

what has to happen is a 'Narcissistic Injury', which will temporarily impair them.I said temporarily.

Get away from this person. NOW. Let the next victim not be yourself. Again.trust me.
theres no such thing
NO! A narcissistic thinks that they are flawless. How can they think that they are a narcissist. That would be a flaw.
Warning: Deal with your relationship issues in the truth and on your own.
