Your first thought should always be that you must seek a scientific explanation for the phenomena that you observe.

It's not a supernatural experience just because you don't understand why an activity took place.

It may just mean that your knowledge set is not sufficient to understand your world as you experience it.
You never know--you could be--
I don't really know of anyway to find out for certain.
You could read up about it as much as you can--see if you have anything in common with others that are.
Have you seen or feel ghosts presence? I really don't know what to tell you here, other than do some research and find out as much about as you can.
