Do you have to work with someone you can't stand and don't speak to each other?
Answer:
Yep, about 90% of my colleagues!
i have a lot of people in work and school i cant stand but i still speak to them because i have to ...but only wheni have to.
i tolerate them. i hate confrontation.
No you can always quit
Noone can stand me at work! I don't give a ****! As long as I know I am doing my job 110 percent, they don't have to talk to me. And at least if they are talking about me they are leaving some other poor f***er alone!
Yup. And she can't stand me. I don't know why. No one else can figure it out either. Every morning I say "Hello!" as sweetly as I can. It drives her completely bonkers. She started rearranging things on my desk one afternoon.. I think she was just trying to screw with me. So I came back and made it look as if I didn't even notice anything was out of place.
It's funny because this attitude has made her desperate to get my attention and piss me off in some way. But she can't piss me off now. By this point, it's all so funny there is no room to stress over it. If she speaks to me civilly, I'm civil too. But if she starts getting nasty i just turn around and stroll away while she's in the middle of her sentence. I don't give her a chance to get to me. She's doing a good enough job getting to herself lol..
Yes I have worked at a couple of places with that issue. My last job had me hating the bosses, they knew I did and it was pretty horrible for the last month till I quit, they were doing things really wrong and under paying people, I was very tempted in informing the tax people and am still considering it!
I have had to do it in the past
