why pit beauty against brains? are we saying that succesful beautiful people like angelina jolie and megan fox dont have brains and rely only on their charm? i'd say that beauty and brains complement each other more often than we think.
this is a very unscientific answer but, you can't see brains from across the street! people react first to the senses, then to the intellect.
