I hate to get political in the psychology section, but... liberalism.
Any trait can be annoying depending on how far they go with it. I think on of the most annoying traits is excessive talking/bad story telling.
Constantly sniffing, (like their nose is running.) Or maybe popping their chewing gum.
when ppl tell a story.. and have to put in every.. little.. detail!! ugh!!

those who try so hard to be popular and if they are, they rub it on peoples face and try to make others feel bad or envy them.i really hate it when people act 'im better than you'...
people that continually laugh after EVERYTHING they say,

,closed minded people who think their way of thinking is the only right way
Being possessive and when they don't get their way they give you the silent treatment.
