I hope you mean 164 cms. Anyway, that is not short --- I am 153 cms and I will accept I am short. I used to be unhappy when I was a teen but I reckon there's nothing I can do about it since my parents are not exactly tall either. And there's no point in beating yourself up or being upset over something that you cannot change. The best thing is to accept it and to grow in other areas. People don't necessarily always notice a person's height...if you have a great personality and are basically nice to people, you should be fine. Don't let physical qualities bring you down.
And finally, adding on to what the previous person said --- a quote which was said to me many times --- "Good things come in small packages"!

most people aren't happy. its the nature of man to constantly strive for improvement, and its what motivates us to better ourselves and the world around us. if everyone was happy, no one would be out trying to make the world a better place. unfortunately your mind cant see the difference between things you cant change and things you can. try and value yourself by going out and doing something to better the world, or yourself, and you should begin to feel better
