Do facial features reveal one's personality style?

I heard from a couple of friends that one's facial features reveal a person's personality. For instance, they say that they have noticed that people with the same or similar facial features behave or think the same (no matter what race, social background, or horoscope sign). Do you agree?

To depict one's true personality is to check how they respond to negative things. Eyes can also be a good indication. Check how they use their eyes when they are talking to you or someone.
Yes, I do agree, although sometimes peoples personalities change due to their enviroment.
