How do you explain anger?
More so, with the upcoming fourth of July how do you (those that still hold resentment for the September 11th attacks) feel about the current state of the nation, the Iraq war, and our country?
Answer:
Anger is the feeling of injustice done against the self. This injustice may not be direct (such as a punch in the face) but the angered person may feel that it was unjust.
Only when I'm frustrated do I lose the ability to explain myself, which is understandable. Frustrated people don't think well as do angry people. There were a lot of frustrated/angry people when the September 11 attacks occurred.
We were afraid, scarred, sad, and angry all mixed into one pot. We couldn't imagine the attack or the consequences of it. We (Americans) were unaware.
But now were back. Now we haven't redeemed ourselves (as anyone can see with the state of the country) but were back and were only getting stronger.
its so hardto answer
Try to forgive. Let God will decide the destiny of the people who make you angry.
Anger comes from the frustration of unfulfilled desires. Eliminate desire and you eliminate not only frustration and anger, but also pain and suffering.
