Yah dude, get some help. This is pretty serious. Tell your relatives. They will check you into a place where you can get help. Dont get mad at your sister if she tells. It was pretty traumatic for her.
You should tell someone and tell them that you want to get help. Talk to a parent, a minister, anyone. Explain the situation. Very importantly, GET HELP. Others could get hurt if you don't act soon.

really?? do you know what the defining symptom of mpd is? which form of therapy are you engaged in?
honestly, mpd is like the new black---everyone feels like they can engage in deviant behaviors and then cop to mpd----TRUE mpd is so exceptionally rare that it's existance is doubted/viewed critically by almost all scientific bodies in the field. I beleive it can occur, but objectively, there are specific things/contributing events that MUST occur for it to manifest. I think lots of people use it as an excuse.
